I have been working with a client to aid in the development of an LMS with the aim of selling it to an existing company. I worked as the only web developer on the project and had to fill many different roles to ensure it’s swift development.

My process for developing this project was as follows:

1. Met with client to discuss requirements and existing work done on the site.
2. Removed bloat (old themes, plugins, pages, ect).
3. Completed updates, and fixed security concerns.
4. Setup Paid Membership Pro and Learn Press correctly, and integrated both into the sites functionality.
5. Created a new child theme and imported existing settings across.
6. Created new template files to overridden the functionality of Paid Membership Pro & LearnPress.
7. Generated Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy.
8. Created a Favicon For the Site.
9. Met with client to discuss work done on the site and instructed him on how to add new content to the site.
